1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with Dormkursion, participants agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement governs the relationship between Dormkursion and the tour participants.
2. Booking and Payment
Reservation: A completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit are required to reserve a tour.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the tour start date. Late payments may result in cancellation.
Late Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
# Participant Cancellation:
More than 60 days before departure: Deposit only
# 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
# Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost
# Dormkursion Cancellation: Dormkursion reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Dormkursion reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to factors such as weather, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Significant changes will be communicated promptly.
5. Travel Insurance
Participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.
Dormkursion may help to get travel insurances for all participants at their expenses.
Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.
6. Health and Safety
Medical Disclosure: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Fitness Requirements: Participants must ensure they are fit to travel. A medical certificate may be required.
Safety Compliance: Participants must follow all safety instructions from Dormkursion staff and guides.
7. Responsibility and Liability
Dormkursion’s Responsibility: Dormkursion is responsible for providing the services described in the itinerary but is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or political unrest.
Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own actions and belongings. Any damage caused by a participant will be charged to them.
8. Behaviour and Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. Dormkursion reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual for unacceptable behaviour without a refund.
9. Visas and Travel Documents
Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Dormkursion can provide guidance but is not responsible for any issues arising from missing or invalid documents.
10. Use of Images
Dormkursion may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in these materials must notify Dormkursion in writing before the tour.
11. Data Protection
Dormkursion is committed to protecting participants’ personal data. Information collected during booking will be used solely for organising the tour and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints should be reported to the tour guide immediately. If unresolved, a formal written complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the tour’s end. Disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dormkursion operates.
13. Force Majeure
Dormkursion is not liable for delays or inability to perform any part of the tour program due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental actions.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dormkursion reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes that may affect their tour.
By booking a tour with Dormkursion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
